This section brings together a selection of hands-on construction and making work, developed prior to and alongside Studio Yoell. The projects include bespoke carpentry and joinery within a range of contexts, including the restoration of a Grade I listed dwelling in Amberley, where the work formed part of an award-winning scheme recognised by the Sussex Heritage Trust.

Working directly on site has developed a clear understanding of materials, detailing and buildability, informing Studio Yoell’s approach to design. This experience underpins a practical, considered methodology, ensuring projects are not only well designed but also carefully resolved and deliverable on site.
